德宏师范高等专科学校2024年国际学生招生简章（中英文版）

一、学校简介

德宏师范高等专科学校位于中国云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州州府，滇缅交通和油气大通道的枢纽城市——芒市，是由云南省教育厅主管的国家公办全日制普通高等专科学校，创办于1955年。学校现有全日制在校生10012人，专任教师447人，其中，具有副高级以上专业技术职务164人（正高级34人），拥有研究生学历214人（博士10人，博士在读7人）。学校占地990.21亩，66万平方米，现有教学科研仪器设备总值12930.35万元，图书103.94万册。设有人文学院、教育学院、信息学院等11个二级学院，开设44个专业。

学校立足德宏，面向云南，辐射周边国家，服务德宏经济社会发展、中国（云南）自由贸易试验区德宏片区、瑞丽国家重点开发开放试验区建设和“一带一路”倡议。根据学校打造优质国门大学的要求和布局，学校现与缅甸、老挝和泰国等东南亚国家的大学、政府教育部门和科研机构建立了广泛的合作关系。学校具有组织国家汉办HSK汉语水平考试资格，已有300多位留学生通过了HSK四级及以上考试。目前，学校在国际学生的教育和人才培养方面已经积累了丰富的理论和实践经验，拥有一支优秀的教学和管理团队。

二、招生专业

（一）小学语文教育

小学语文教育专业主要培养具有较高的汉语水平和中国文化素养、了解中国国情、能够使用汉语进行跨文化交流和一般学术研究的通用型语言文化人才。毕业回国可从事与汉语言文化有关的工作，如教师、翻译、记者、文职官员等职业。

学制/类别：三年制/专科

开学时间：2024年9月

授课语言：中文

学费：3400元/年

入学一年内通过HSK四级考试后可申请转专业学习。

（二）其他专业

已取得HSK四级证书者可申请就读以下专业。

三、收费标准

获批德宏师专“国际学生奖学金”的申请者可享受“两免三补”优惠政策，即免学费、免住宿费，补助书费，补助首年体检费，补助行李一套。

学生需自费购买来华人员综合医疗保险（800元/年），自己承担X1签证办理费用、居留许可办理费用、往返中国的交通费、在校期间的生活费及其他费用。

四、申请条件

1.持有效护照的非中国籍公民，且符合教育部教外函【2020】12号文件要求。

2.身心健康、品行良好、遵守中国法律法规和学校规章制度。

3.高中毕业或具有同等及以上学历。

4.年龄18-30岁。

5.有足够的经济保障。

五、申请材料

1.护照照片页扫描件。内容包括证件上本人照片、姓名、出生日期、有效期、证件号码等。

2.高中毕业证和成绩单。原件扫描件非中、英文材料需提供经公证的中文或英文翻译件，如申请人为在校学生，请确保2024年6月31日前能顺利毕业并获得毕业证。

3.来华学习计划（不少于300字），用中文或英文书写。

4.《外国人体格检查表》原件及扫描件各一份。用中文或英文填写，申请人须严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片、未加盖体检部门公章、无医师签字的《外国人体格检查表》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。

5.无犯罪记录证明。

6.经济担保证明。

7.其他获奖证书或证明。

8.个人照片（以护照号码命名，彩色2寸免冠证件照，3.5cm*5.2cm白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4：3，大小为100-500KB，JPG格式）。

备注：

1.申请材料均须是中、英文原件或公证件，非中、英文材料，须同时提交原件以及公证后的中文或英文翻译件。

2.请用扫描仪将相关文件扫描后提交，不接受手机或相机拍摄的文件。

3.无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。

六、申请与录取通知

1.申请者登录德宏师范高等专科学校国际学生服务平台http://dhecw.at0086.cn/student进行注册，在线填写申请信息，上传清晰的电子版材料。请确保你的姓名、护照号、出生日期与护照信息一致，邮箱地址、通讯地址准确无误。申请提交截止日期：2024年5月31日。

2.申请者可通过申请系统查询申请进度和状态，定期查看系统的信息和查收邮件，以免错过重要的通知。

3.我校将组织专家对申请者的申请材料进行评审，遴选出预录取人选，组织入学考试，择优录取。申请者可在德宏师范高等专科学校国际学生服务平台http://dhecw.at0086.cn/student查询录取结果。

4.7月，学校向被录取学生寄发《录取通知书》。

七、签证申请与入学报到

1.被录取者应持普通护照、《录取通知书》《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）《外国人体格检查表》及体格检查报告原件前往中国驻外使（领）馆申请来华学习（X1）签证。

2.被录取者须按通知书上规定的时间到校办理入学报到手续，逾期未报到者取消入学资格。

3.新生入学时须携带申请材料原件供学校复核入学资格，不符合入学条件者，取消入学资格。

2024DTC Application Guide

for International Students

I.About DTC

Dehong teachers’College(DTC),founded in1955,is a full-time public teachers’college.It is supervised by the People’s Government of Yunnan province.The college is located in Mangshi—the capital city of Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan,China.Mangshi is also the hub of Yunnan-Myanmar transportation and Sino-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline.

At present,there are10,012students and447teachers,of whom164are with deputy senior or above professional and technical titles,including34senior professional and technical titles.214teachers hold graduate degrees.10teachers hold doctoral degrees and7teachers are doctoral candidates.The campus covers an area of990.21mu or660,000square meters.The total teaching and research equipment is worth129,303,500RMB yuan.There are1,039,400books in the library.There are11schools including School of Humanities,School of Education and School of Information,etc.,providing44specialties.

DTC is based in Dehong,facing Yunnan,radiating surrounding countries,serving the economic and social development of Dehong,China(Yunnan)Pilot Free Trade Zone Dehong Area,the construction of Ruili National Key Development and Opening Pilot Zone and the“the Belt and Road”initiative.Now the college has established extensive cooperation with colleges and universities,governmental educational departments and research institutions in Southeast Asian countries such as Myanmar,Laos and Thailand.

DTC has also successfully been approved by Hanban as a test center of HSK(Chinese proficiency test).Over300international students in DTC have passed the HSK4test or above.At present,DTC has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience in the education and talent cultivation of international students,and has an excellent teaching and management team.

II.Majors Provided

1.Chinese Language Education in Primary School

The major mainly cultivates versatile language and cultural talents with a high level of Chinese proficiency and cultural literacy,who can get a general understanding of China,and be able to use Chinese for cross-cultural communication and general academic research.Graduates can engage in jobs related to Chinese language and culture,such as teachers,translators,journalists,civil servants,and other professions.

III.Fee Policy

Applicants who have been approved for DTC International Students Scholarship can enjoy the“two exemptions and three subsidies”preferential policy,meaning free tuition and accommodation,subsidized textbooks,first year medical examination and one set of luggage.

The admitted students are required to purchase comprehensive medical insurance for international students at their own expense(RMB800yuan/year),and bear the expenses for X1visa application,residence permit application,transportation to and from China,living expenses during their school years,and other expenses.

IV.Application Requirements

1.Non-Chinese citizens with valid passports.The qualification for those whose parent or parents are Chinese but born in other countries and obtained the nationalities of other countries should meet related requirements of China Education Ministry.

2.With good physical and mental health,willing to abide by the Chinese laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of the college.

3.High school graduate or equivalent or above.

4.Age:18-30.

5.With sufficient financial support.

V.Application Documents

1.A scanned copy of the photo page of passport,with photo,name,date of birth,date of expiry,and passport number,etc.

2.High school diploma and transcripts.Scanned copies of original documents,and notarized Chinese or English translations for non-Chinese and English materials.If the applicant is a current student,he or she is expected to obtain the graduation certificate before June31,2024.

3.A study plan in China(no less than300words),written in Chinese or English.

4.A original version+a scanned copy of PHYSICAL EXAMINATION RECORD FOR FOREIGNERS(Appendix1),filled in Chinese or English.All the items in the form are required to be covered.If there are any missing items or there is no applicant photo or no official seal of the medical department,the form is invalid.Since the test results are valid for6months,the applicant is supposed to find the right time for the physical examination accordingly.

8.A digital photo(named after the passport number,color photo,2inch or3.5cm*5.2cm,white background with no frame,the head accounts for2/3of the photo,no less than320*240pixels,ratio4:3,100-500KB,JPG format).

Note:

1.The application documents must be the originals in Chinese or English or notarized copies.For the materials not in Chinese or English,the original and notarized Chinese or English translations must be submitted at the same time.

2.Please scan the relevant documents with a scanner and submit them.Documents photographed by mobile phones or cameras will not be accepted.

3.Application documents will not be returned regardless of admission or not.

VI.Application and Admission

1.Register and log in to the International Student Service System of Dehong Teachers’College http://dhecw.at0086.cn/student,fill out application information online,and upload clear digital documents.Please ensure that your name,passport number,date of birth match your passport information,and that your email and address are accurate.The deadline of online application submission is May31,2024.

2.Applicants can trace the application progress and status through the application system.Please regularly check the system and emails to avoid missing important notifications.

3.The experts of DTC will review the application documents of the applicants,select potential candidates,and organize entrance exams to select the best candidates for admission.Applicants can access the International Student Service of Dehong Teachers’College http://dhecw.at0086.cn/student to trace admission results.

4.In July,the admission letter will be sent to the admitted students.

VII.Visa Application and Register

1.Admittees should take their passports,Admission Letter,Visa Application Form for Study in China(JW202Form),Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and original physical examination reports to the Chinese embassy(consulate)in their own countries to apply for an X1visa for study in China.

2.The admitted applicants should complete the registration procedure before the deadline according to the admission letter.Those who fail to register on time will be disqualified from enrollment.

3.New students are required to submit their original application documents for the college to review their admission qualifications.The admission qualification of those who cannot submit the above documents will be canceled.
