Collection Content and Requirements
(I)Design Requirements
Distinct Theme: Incorporate the characteristics of Puer coffee,embodying the core concepts of"green,quality,and craftsmanship."
Creative Simplicity: Clear patterns,harmonious colors,with visual impact and scalability,suitable for various online and offline applications,and easy to recognize and disseminate.
Cultural Connotation:Integrate elements of Puer tea and coffee culture,ethnic culture,etc.,to convey the unique DNA of "Puer coffee."
(II)Submission Requirements
Submission Method: Send submissions via email to the designated address: puercoffee2025@163.com, with the email subject formatted as "Logo Submission+Name+Contact Information."
File Content: Vector source files (AI/CDR) and high-definition JPG, electronic design drafts with a resolution of ≥300dpi, accompanied by a design explanation within 500 words.

Award Standards
(I) Best Design Award (1 winner) : RMB 10,000+Certificate+Puer Coffee Gift Pack
(II) Finalist Awards (9 winners): RMB 1,000 each+Certificate+Puer Coffee Gift Pack
(III) Puer Coffee "Fortune" Ambassador Lucky Draw (100 winners) : Puer Coffee Gift Pack
The selected logo will be unveiled at the award ceremony of the 10th Yunnan Coffee Green Bean Competition & 13th Puer Coffee Green Bean Competition on May 29th, 2025, and the Best Design Award will be presented to the designer.
Work Evaluation
After the collection period ends, a jury comprising relevant experts and scholars will be invited to conduct evaluations, accompanied by an online voting process. Online voting will account for 30% of the total score,while expert reviews will account for 70%. The results will be announced in the media and online.
Ownership Statement
1. Once a submitted work is selected as a finalist, the submitter is deemed to have agreed that the host organization owns the intellectual property rights (including copyright, right of authorship,and trademark rights) to the submitted work. The host organization has the right to modify and publish the submitted work, request the submitter to revise the adopted work according to the host's requirements, and apply for trademark registration with the administrative authorities.
2. The work must comply with national laws, regulations, and social ethics. It must be original, with independent and complete copyright,free from plagiarism, imitation, or other infringements. It cannot be a work already on the market, and it must ensure that it does not infringe upon the copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties. Any violation of the above requirements will result in disqualification, and if a prize has been awarded, it will be recovered in full. Any disputes arising therefrom will be the legal and civil responsibility of the submitter.
3. Participants must not transfer their works to third parties for use,or participate in other similar competitions or activities, or use their entries for any commercial purposes before the announcement of the evaluation results.
4. Prizes will be awarded in RMB, and the prize amount is pre-tax.Personal income tax will be withheld and paid by the awarding organization.
5.For winners submitting works on behalf of units,groups,or organizations, the prize will be collected by the first author or the legal representative of the institution, and the specific distribution will be resolved through mutual consultation.
6. In the event of identical submissions, the first one received in the collection email will be considered valid.
7. The host organization is not liable for any legal disputes or third-party losses arising from the rights issues, falsity, illegality, or impropriety of the submitted works, or any other unreasonable reasons.The submitter shall bear the legal consequences.
8. If AI-generated content exceeds 30% of the visual area of the work,it must be stated in the submission document. Full-process AI automated design or the use of AI for plagiarism and rewriting is considered a violation.
9. All submitters are deemed to have fully understood and voluntarily accepted and complied with the provisions and requirements of this collection announcement.
10. The final interpretation rights of this activity belong to the Puer Media Convergence Center.
